POOL DAY BOOKINGS

Your Pool Day includes full use of the pool facilities, dining option and specific treatments associated with this package. Should any of your group have any medical or dietary requirements please let us know in advance so we can cater accordingly.

Should you be using vouchers as payment or part payment for your day, please ensure you bring these with you to avoid the full amount of your experience being charged on departure.

We are unable to advise you of specific appointment times until the day of your arrival. For those guests enjoying the Utopia experience with friends, we will endeavour to arrange similar treatment times. Our treatments are carried out by male and female therapists. For your comfort, should you have a preference of therapist please inform us prior to your arrival where we will do our very best to accommodate your request.

Please note that Pool Days are non-refundable, however we are able to change the date of your booking up to 7 days prior to the date of your Spa Day. If a cancellation is made within 7 days, the booking is unable to be transferred to another date.

We strongly advise all guests to consider travel insurance to cover the unfortunate cancellation of their pool day. A more flexible amendment policy is available to allow for any unforeseen circumstances by opting for our "flexi cover". This will allow you to change the date of your booking once up to 24 hours prior to arrival. If you have not already done so and would like to add this cover to your booking please contact us to arrange this.

INDIVIDUAL SPA TREATMENT BOOKINGS

It is advisable to book treatments prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. A pre-payment will be required for all individual treatments. Please note, individual treatment bookings do not include use of the pool facilities unless you are a hotel resident or pool day guest.

As a courtesy to our clients and to ensure you enjoy the full benefit of your treatment, please be prompt to your appointment. We respectfully advise all our guests to be seated in the waiting lounge five minutes prior to appointment time. If you are late for your appointment, we can offer you a shortened service.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment otherwise we will have to charge you for the full amount of the service(s) booked. We strongly advise all guests to consider insurance to cover the unfortunate cancellation of their spa treatments.
